Transformational Discipleship

Matthew 28:19-10.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Intro to Transformational Discipleship is just one of the few courses available through the Flame Bible Institute. This course of the discipleship process is to introduce the Christian, regardless of spiritual maturity, to be informed (Ignite), conFormed (Light), and transFormed (Fire) in our relationship with Christ through a small Group 4 week holistic lifelong journey of instruction.

Objectives: By the end of this 4 -week session, participants and fellow learners will be able to do the following through Socratic dialog, class instruction, exegetical exercises, and oral presentations.

Clearly articulate the definition of a disciple, the DNA of a disciple, the measurement of spiritual maturity, and the importance of making disciples.
Apply basic exegetical principles to the study of scripture and how biblical study can relate to everyday life.

Evaluate our spiritual, relational, and emotional health.
Provide a strategy to use our natural and spiritual gifts to walk in God’s divine purpose in the life of the disciple.

Commit to a lifelong process of discipleship and to the making of disciples.

Join us for a 4-8 week program where you will learn and understand how to live out Jesus's call and experience a transformation similar to that of His twelve disciples. Jesus invited twelve unlikely people to spend three years watching and learning from him how to live in the Kingdom. What a transformation! We invite you to spend 4-8 weeks with us, learning and understanding how to live out Jesus's call and experiencing that same transformation.

TBD - Spiritual Warfare Pt. 1

Many followers of Christ are not fully aware or prepared for the invisible battle they face in their spiritual lives. Some even underestimate the powerful forces that attempt to discourage, dislodge, and defeat believers in every aspect of their lives. Be the victor that God has created you to be and overcome the forces that wage war against you!

This is a 4-week course conducted via Zoom. Please note that the registration does not include course books.

TBD - Spiritual Warfare Pt. 2

In our previous session, we discussed the concept of spiritual warfare and why believers need to utilize the spiritual weapons provided by our Lord. In this session, we'll focus on the internal struggle between the flesh and the spirit that every believer experiences in their journey to align with God's will and purpose. We'll also explore the underlying causes of this inner conflict, including strongholds and generational curses.

This will be a 4-week course conducted over Zoom. Please note that the registration fee does not cover the cost of course books.

FEB 11th- Spiritual Warfare Pt.3

In the previous installment, Spiritual Warfare Pt. 2, we delved into the significant impact of spiritual attacks on our inner selves, aiming to disrupt us from within and obstruct the full realization of God's intentions in a believer's life. We addressed generational curses and the strategies available to counter the internal assaults we face. In Pt. 3, we will explore the unseen forces that the enemy employs to suppress believers and impede the fulfillment of God's plan and work on earth. Our discussion will focus on the doctrine of Angels, their ministry, their purpose, and the implications for believers in Christ. This will be a 6-week course via zoom. Registration does not include course books.

TBD - Activating the Prophetic

Did you know that you can hear God's voice? Yes, you certainly can. This class will train you how to hear God's voice. It is the first class of a 6-course curriculum, with each class building on the other. You will be allowed to share messages of encouragement, exhortation, or comfort from God in a group setting. After all six classes, you will receive a certificate of completion. This will be a 6-week course via zoom. Registration does not include course books.
